My Experience on the HCG Diet

I started the HCG diet on Jan 4 weighing in at 114. I am on my last day of the diet today weighing in at 100 lbs. I dropped 14 pounds in 27 days. I really look fabulous. No muscle lost…just all the fat and my muscles now look great! I have no hunger, feel great and will start my first 3 weeks of maintenance tomorrow. I will eat all the protein I want along with fruits and vegetables…just avoid starches and sugars for the first 3 weeks…but I can have a glass of wine!
This has been a great 27 days…I am going to the brazilian steak house tomorrow night and having all types of great protein! Can’t wait!Â

Concerning the comment from the patient who lost 14 lbs in 27 days on the hcg diet……..The ad states that the “average” person will lose 1-3 lbs per day, yet this person averaged only approx 1/2 lb per day loss. What determines whether a person is “average”?

What determines the amount of weight loss is a combination of things:
1) how much abnormal fat the person has to lose. If you are under 20 lbs from your goal weight you will lose all that fat if you follow the diet for the 23 day injection plan.
2) if you are over 20 lbs from your goal, people tend to lose faster because they have much more stored abnormal fat
3) following the diet to a “T” is critical. If you cheat, you will not lose as much nor will you reset the hypothalamus (which is key to the diet).
I have been on maintenance now for a week. I eat all the meat, eggs, cheese, pork skins, fruit and vegetables I want with no gain. I weigh myself every morning and not once (even after my first evening to the Brazilian steakhouse eating lots and lots of meat). I will remain on phase 1 of my maintenance for 2 more weeks and then move to phase 2 where I can test starches and sugars and see what they do to my weight.
The diet is great….if you need to lose weight, this is the best way I have ever found!
