Try a refreshing papaya face mask. All you need to do is mash up half a papaya and apply to the face for 10 minutes. Papaya, a tropical fruit native to southern Mexico and Central America, is gentle and an effective skin polisher and smells delightful! It will nourish and keep your skin smooth. Snack on any remaining papaya–I hear it aids digestion.

Iridology involves examining the iris of an eye to determine medical problems or body ailments. Many skeptics question this alternative-medicine technique, calling the theory that each part of the human body has a corresponding place in the iris nonsense.
Well, we stumbled across an article mentioning a visit to renowned iridologist Ron Logan, who happened to be at our coffee-tasting last night. As Vincent Harris writes,
“At the end of my two hours with Ron Logan, he had successfully identified things about my health, none of which had been revealed to him beforehand.”

“Don’t overdo it with rich moisturizers. While you want to keep your skin supple during summer, you can afford to lighten up on the heavy creams, thick doesn’t necessarily equal better. It can create a barrier on the surface of your face and keep your skin from actually absorbing the moisture. Formulas that contain synthetic ingredients can trap dead cells and leave your complexion looking dull. Exfoliating can get rid of the dead skin so you benefit from your creams”.
